holy shite! i may have found a record to replace centro-matic’s fort recovery as my favorite of the ‘06. chicago based catfish haven’s tell me is scratchin me right where i didnt even know i itched.? its a total throwback record, and blends all the best of early R&B influenced bands like the doobie’s and the faces - lead fish george hunter kinda sounds like a young stewart, btw.? the dont wallow in or bastardize these influences, but breathe new life into a style that is sorely overlooked now a days.? if tell me doesnt? move you in some kind of fashion, then you dear reader have no soul.
