are kids really worth the investment? i mean come on!

am i the only one mildly excited about rob corddry’s new show on fox, the winner? just about everything he did on the daily show was borderline genius, and with one of the writers of the family guy on board, i find it hard to fathom this sucking too hard. there was one episode in particular on the daily show that solidified my psuedo man crush on mr corddry. it was a fears years back, but the premise of the bit was that he was going to go through a day as a “bald” man. the make up artist puts skull cap on, that is a replica of his own balding head, and then he proceedes to put a doll hat over the little piece of hair on his head. the results, as you can imagine, are comedic gold. here it is via aol video via comedy central - the segement is called “hairless whispers.”

i got some idol and house to watch tonight, ladies and gents.

here is an awesome twilight singers with mark lanegan radio broadcast from brussels, belgium on 11.26.06. apparently, dulli and lanegan have rekindled the gutter twins recording that has been going on for at least a couple of years. hopefully something this year?

Having kids is a great expense, young children have separate needs from older kids so plan some of your purchases ahead. For example getting toddler beds that can be adjusted to accommodate a growing child, or kids bunk beds which can have siblings share a room.

Not that it’s very important, but Brussels is the capital of Belgium.

Wow…. just wow. Great set list and the sound quality is “off the chain.”

I’ve been really looking forward to a high-quality recording from this tour. This fits the bill.

Ok, I take back that last comment. As soon as I posted a comment, all of a sudden the picture was showing, in the comment page anyway. Something to do with ajax?

I’d basically sworn off Fox Network until I heard about this show. First, it features a guy named Glen Abbott, who’s played by Rob Corddry from “the Daily Show” which really ought to be all I need to say. Second, he’s an awkward, late-blooming (read: middleaged) gentleman who is finally growing up-it makes me feel better about myself right now. God, I’m glad I’m a woman-at least my future has cats…lots of cats. I think the show sounds hilarious and I can’t wait until March 4.

I heard the Winner was picked up for 6 episodes. I am stoked for this show though because I love Seth MacFarlane?s other work, Family Guy & American Dad. From what I heard topics for the Winner, will include Nancy Kerrigan being clubbed in her knee, special ?massage parlors?, cocky spelling bee champions, gay man crushes, and hot teacher love. ahah

The Winner will air on Fox MARCH 4, 2007.
