morning all. public service announcement in 3,2,1..for those who may be musicians and happen to find yourself in a foreign town with no place to stay you may want to check out the site better than the van. it’s filled with peoples who are offering up places to stay, for the night presumably, when playing in their respective towns.
in all honesty, there’s no rhyme or reason to why i may post a whole show are just a portion. but now since the zip file has been introduced to captains dead, it all depends on how lazy i am feeling at that given moment.
here is a very cool recording of rem playing @ the university of yokohama which happens to be in japan on 11.10.84. considering its an audience recording and almost 25 years old, its really freaking good.

Anyway, this youtube clip is from the dvd When the light is mine, an IRS years compilation that was published a couple of years ago. Great stuff there. Just saw REM a couple of weeks ago in Berlin and they were fantastic, they still got it!
