Thanks for this post (&#38; many others). I had the good fortune of not only seeing Morphine on this tour but also meeting them @ the Black Cat in Wash DC. They were great guys; very down to earth. My girlfriend &#38; I spoke with Mark Sandman for a good 20 minutes, which in the world of "backstage" is an eternity. What a fantastic performer &#38; a world-class human being. And what a loss as well, that fateful day in Italy...

I don't remember the first time i heard Morphine on the radio exactly in France but I immediately dig the music,the jazz pulsion, Mark Sandman voice , the groove,the sax and the way he was playing bass on just two strings.That's cool to put it up here.
The Detroit Bootleg(official)is another show to consider if you like Morphine.
