well, new orleans officially kicked my ass. my will is strong but the beer flows too easily and apparently pretty cheaply, too. met some cool people, and saw some interesting shit. i rolled into town at about 6 pm which was about 3 hours later than i had hoped too. i was fuckin tired and really didnt expect to see 8 pm, but the wife talked me into venturing further into the night. wrong move, dear. although, i spent most of the night at this joint the copper monkey which was pretty cool and just so happens to local hangout for strippers or as they like to be refered to, “dancers.” the bartender mel, was a delight and oh so adorable. i got into some random conversations with these ladies that looked much, much older than their years. i had some broad ask me if i was gay, which was completely out of nowhere then proceeded to show me some pictures of her eye that she took with her cell phone. very random, indeed. saving you the rest of the of gory details, all i know is that at sometime in the wee hours of the morning i arrived back at my hotel with a steak, the spins, and a dire need to vomit. the next morning was not so much fun. nor, was the 7 hour drive that proceeded me.
