i have fatherly duties to attend to this morning for the boy is ill. so, in the mean time here is soundgarden at the metro, in chicago, on 10.21.89. its not the greatest recording, but definitely listenable. i would rate it like a 7 or 7.5. side note re: this show, i was actually supposed to be in attendance but i was grounded. i was 15 and was grounded for a shitty report card.

i was at this show. soundgarden was great and mudhoney was even better. the cheech & chong cover blew our minds and made up for not doing smokestack lightning off of ultramega ok.
very cool. yeah i so wanted to be at this show, but those damn pesky parents! i did eventually seem em a year or so later and it was awesome.
