hope everyone had a lovely weekend. i, for one, am on day 9 of my 11 day stint of working. so, my weekend was pretty much made up of playing transformers, working and sleeping. good times.
if you havent checked out justin townes earle’s the good life, you probably should. he definitely has more than enough talent to break outta the grips of being constantly compared to and referred to as steve earle’s kid. i dont want to say that this is a straight up country record, cause it isnt, but its pretty damn close. when i say country record, i am referring to the classics of yore. by the way, if you get a chance to see him live, you should probaby do that too - he’s funny and energetic as hell.

want to announce that eric is the winner of the double disc/dvd its a shame about ray giveway. for those that didnt win, sucks to be you all. i am going to be doing a lot more giveaways in the coming months. so, be on the lookout.
