sup peoples? hey, atlantanites, owen pallett brings his band final fantasy to the drunken unicorn tomorrow evening. i am not what you would consider a final fantasy “fan” in fact his shit kinda irks me, but some of you may dig him.

honestly, i was pretty hesitant to give mick jones and tony james’ new band carbon/silicon a listen. sometimes, you just want your musical icons frozen in time, never to be heard from again - or at least i do. scared that the quality of their output isnt going to quite cut it, no matter how much you try and tell yourself that it does. judging, by just this track i would have to say that my fears were unwarranted. still, i may not even listen to the record and just let this gem resonate through my noggin. their record, the last post, was out two weeks ago.
