i’ve been to hell. i spell it, i spell it dmv

sup homies… hope everyone had a loverly weekend. mine was trying, at best. trying enough that i decided to break out some metallica, which i havent partaken in in probably close to ten years. its gone down pretty damn good and i will be damned if …and justice for all is still not a killer record. that double kick in “one” remains to be one of my favorite drum moments, for which their are few.

another band i havent listened to in almost a decade is primus. i went through a short lived, but pretty intense primus love affair. then one day les’ six string bass masturbation got on my fuckin nerves and i never looked back, that is up until recently. i cant say it still doesnt get a wee bit tiresome, but there’s no denying that he and his crew are fuckin tight and i can appreciate that now.

here they are @ the bomb factory in dallas on 11.17.93 - its a soundboard btw.

Pork Soda was actually the first full length album I bought on CD. That brought back some memories.

i think it was pork soda that actually put me over the edge. still a great record, just listened to it the other day, but it kinda makes me want punch les in the nuts cause its so damn noodly.
