YouTube - Metallica: The Day That Never Comes from Death Magnetic out 9/12.

i dont know, folks. it goes against every moral fibre i have in my body to hop back on the metallica train cause frankly i think they have become the douchiest of douchebags, but still i kinda like this. i still cant get past that south park episode with lars sobbing cause he cant afford the gold plated shark tank.

btw, check out hetfield keepin it real. scroll a little bit down.

I hear a lot of elements from both the black album and their earlier stuff in this song. My roommate is actually blasting My Apocalypse right now which definitely is a throwback to their mid 80’s stuff. Pretty rockin

Suck, Suck, Suck. The dudes cannot write songs anymore. They should just stop trying. If they want to record new albums, they should record covers (I assume they can still do that). If they want more money, they should tour and play the songs that they are trying to capture the feeling of with this dreck (i.e. Kill ‘Em All through Justice). I should say this song does suck less than the whole of St Anger, and I have not heard the rest of the album, so maybe, just maybe they have a few new songs that I might actually like. Maybe.
