man, i have felt like complete shit the past two/three days. i dont know if i have ever mentioned but i fall victim to some pretty bad panic attacks every 6 months or so. i cant do anything but sleep for those days, which is pretty awesome. not knowing what triggers them, is even doubly awesome. needless to say, i just scarf down the ativan and hope for the best. anyone else go through this shit?
tomorrow evening at the earl is david yow and qui. well, they are not two separate acts, david yow is now in the los angeles based qui. just to clear things up. their new record, love’s miracle, is not a huge departure from the lizard. its not as frantic but the music is as methodical and cold.

for some reason, i’ve been getting panic attacks the last 4 or 5 years. it’s gotten better this year though.
yeah, not to sure whats going on the past few days. could be due to the lack of nicotine too. feel ok today though. sort of..
