anyone got a good remedy for what feels to be a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade/upper back? god damn it hurts! i tried stretching it out, putting on flexall, an oil massage from my lady but they only briefly relieved the pain. i guess i will probably just have to wait it out. fuck you 33!
