we here at captainsdead.com are much like elephants in the fact that we never forget, nor do we ever forgive. we once met a guy that ruined it for the rest of man kind, or anyone that happens to carry this certain trait. he was what we called a fucking know it all. oh man, you could not tell this guy nothing. he had some crazy, and i mean crazy, crackpot ideas on stuff. off the wall ideas are good, half baked crazy ideas not so good. which brings me around to that one trait. he was a carrier of the white guy with dreads disease, or trustafarian disease. since then i have been unable to trust any guy inflicted with this disease.
so, given the history here, i should be very wary of orlando’s the wynn brothers. its a shame, too, that i saw thomas wynn’s photo before actually listening. god damn you myspace! as you probably figured out by now, i actually did listen, but pictured the lead singer looking like don knotts - dont ask me why. to my surprise, the wynn bros, are pretty damn good. if you are in the market for allman bros flavored rock, then these guys will itch where right you scratch. they sound like a band from a different time and place, completely outta step with todays musical landscape. landscapes be damned!
